Quincy & Company pursues a fundamentals-driven and targeted investment strategy. To that end, we seek long-term, durable income-producing opportunities and focus our investments in four areas: retail, multi-family, office and mixed use. Through this targeted approach, we’ve cultivated the ability to identify quality opportunities in our target markets.
Our Expertise
We pursue core and core plus multi-tenant retail facilities. We have successfully developed and redeveloped shopping centers throughout New England with an eye towards long-term ownership.
RETAIL
We pursue multi-family housing that can be repositioned or redeveloped to create long-term income streams.
MULTI-FAMILY
We pursue low-rise and mid-rise office buildings, as well as historic office properties, and have extensive leasing, management and marketing experience.
OFFICE
We pursue mixed-use developments in New England, and manage several high-performing mixed-use developments throughout the region.
